Panic Attacks

A common problem, and very debilitating... but you can be free of them

If you suffer from panic attacks then you'll know how debilitating and worrying they can be. In many cases they can prevent you from doing what you want and going where you want. In extreme cases they can prevent people from even leaving their homes.

If you are a sufferer then you don't need to be - there is help. There are two main approaches to this. The first is to teach you how to cope with them when they arise, and this can be very helpful and make panic attacks less frequent. The second, and much better approach, is to find the underlying cause (and there will always be one) and deal with that so that panic attacks are gone...forever. This leaves you feeling happy and confident to get on with your life.

It is not uncommon for the underlying cause to be found in just one or two sessions of hypnotherapy. Compare this to months of counselling or psychotherapy which don't really get to the underlying cause and can end up being very costly.

If you suffer from panic attacks, or the anxiety they can cause, please phone me, Robert McKinnon, to book your free consultation on 0115 9871581 or email me by clicking below.

If you wish to book your free initial consultation directly with my clinic then you should phone Optimum Health on 0115 914 3311.
